If your wedding accommodation is to be set up at an existing campground or you need to hire a property, those fees must be organised directly by yourself.

However, for your convenience we offer the option to manage your venue or campground bookings at an additional fee.

You will be able to accomodate up to 400 guests at our tent hotel, with each individual tent comfortably sleeping up to four guests.

For your convenience, we are happy to organise quality on-site shower and toilet facilities if you require them.

Your booking process will be be as comfortable and convenient as our tents. You can arrange accommodation for all of your guests at once with one fixed fee with our online booking system.

Alternately, you may wish to provide your guests with a link to our special booking page and they can book their own Glamp accommodation directly; just like they’d book a hotel.

Yes.
We contract any goods and services that are not directly provided through us. We do not charge a mark-up on our industry partners contracted for your event.

No. We charge a flat management fee and all other event expenses are separate and paid directly by the client.

We love working with planners and can act as a rental company or provide partial production services for the glamping component of your event.

We plan weddings, corporate retreats, off sites, and social parties. We also offer turnkey camping production services for music festivals. Basically, if you can think up, we can help!

Each tent is treated with a waterproofing agent. Our tents are water resistant; we also advise all tents to be pitched on flat grass area for suitable drainage to prevent flooding.

We offer a Camping Manager service for special events. The Manager will stay onsite for the duration of the event to tend to fires, handle baggage, and assist in any glamping-related need. If we produce your event, a minimum of 2 producers will be dedicated to your event.

Since the tents require staking, cement blocks or water barrels are required when staking indoors or on a hard surface. We can also build timber platforms to stake into which we recommend for more permanent set ups.

Each sleeping tent is 5 metres in diameter. We suggest 9×9 metres of flat grass space per tent to accommodate the stakes and guy lines for the tent.

Yes! We are always happy to share recommendations of our preferred suppliers in your area.

We are happy to provide property recommendations for events of all sizes and budgets, We will share our little black book of venues based on our past partnerships. When we are hired for full production, we also offer customized location scouting.

All of our rates are a flat fee for a 1 to 3 day rental. We generally pitch your tents the day prior to guest arrival depending on the size of your event it may take up to a week to install and pack down.
